本網站有明確揭示來源之作品或可明顯識別其所屬個人、企業、法人或政府（以下合稱「所有權人」）之商標（標誌），均由前揭作品揭示之所有權人依法擁有其智慧財產權，亦受中華民國法律及國際法之保護。
凡盜用、拷貝、複印或任何損害智慧財產權及違反《著作權法》之行為且經檢舉或查獲者，將面臨中華民國法律之處分與刑責，其後果自行承擔，本網站不予負責。
