　All terms and conditions of “Disclaimer”, “Privacy Policy” and “Declaration of Intellectual Property” which publish on this website are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). In the event of any conflict between the foregoing and the laws or provisions of outside borders (including the People’s Republic of China) of the Republic of China (Taiwan), the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) shall prevail.
